Haaaaa! Hooooo! No Mr. Rrufff... I suggested it would be impossible to implement. "Tough" is the degree of difficulty involved in a game wherein you have adversarial participants playing by the same rules. <vbg> This is different. This situation is what you have when "Michael Corleone" succeeds in going "legit" by institutionalizing laws that permit and encourage that which he does for a living. More often than not, reformation of such crime infested institutions requires things like "revolution"... "blood letting"... and almost always the destruction of the very thing which you are trying to save. But that's just the pessimist view. :) 0\|0
