Good luck in sleeping. I use the nose pillows and love them. I have a regular over-the-nose mask for times it is difficult to use the nose pillows, but luckily I don't need a mouth guard or over the mouth mask. I have a friend who is having difficulty trying to use the full nose and mouth mask. He's just started using his CPAP and is trying to get adjusted to it. Good Night. Provider
