he was jabbing his finger into his notes which were on his leg Yup. Some guy got the chair for jabbing his finger on the boss's desk. He cried when the jury read the verdict......the boss and his family were there to confront him after the verdict was read. He asked for clemency. It was one of the more painful jabbing incidents I have seen in a long time. He leaves a wife and three kids. Very sad.
