HF....I came in the middle here, BUT wanted to find out if the apnea belonging to him who is nameless....is he better now? My hubby's was so bad, with noises you described perfectly, that he FINALLY went to see about it. It was VERY brittle, they told him, and VERY serious. He was having an "event" about every 1 1/2 seconds... Which certainly can kill a person if it continues. So he is much better now, sleeps with a machine...(I told him he looks like Hannible) but at least he is not at risk right now..... Everyone, make sure you have the gasping, snorting, etc checked. It can really literally, kill you, untended.
