Curious what they are and their purpose. I'm imagining the ol' proboscis chanting, "Now I lay me down to sleep ... " <g>"

It is a type of device used instead of a mask over the nose used with my sleeping machine. There are two oblong, rubber pieces, with accordion-like folds that go into the nose to allow the air from the machine to keep my airway open. It is much more comfortable, to me, than a mask.
