No Child Left Behind is mostly a scam and failure. We learned months ago that the two million worst scores aren't being counted to fake the "success" of the program, the same thing they were doing in Texas before Bush became president. Lying and faking it. Also, Bush has not funded NCLB the way he promised. He made it a mandate then didn't fund it.
