Proxy is now available through Rotech home page. I noted large compensation to key personal as a part of deal. Also, RoTech had hired investment banker to find a buyer based on value letter for RoTech included in proxy. Were medicare cuts bigger concern than indicated in public? Opinions? Robert D.
