The slide show is updated 9/26.
yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com

I don't think it has changed much.
There is a slide that shows Phase II for 504
to be determined in 2007 for solid and hema tumors,
that might be new.

I'm almost sure that this language has been refined:
"Opportunity for first-in class or fast follower best-in-class"
--caught my eye, maybe new language from the legal
department?

The IPI-504 advantages slide shows that their molecule
is a Novel Chemical Entity whereas 17-AAG is off patent.
That slide could be misleading? KOS-953 is a "proprietary
formulation", KOS-1022 is DMAG. Tuck, can you comment?
I don't know Kosan as well as I should.

For 609, I have pasted this:

Multiple drug candidates –
Lead molecule, IPI-609: IND-ready –
Additional attractive analogs under evaluation –
Select preferred clinical candidate over next 6-12 months

The slide titled
Alliance and financing strategy: value retention
shows the start of clinical trials for the
Hedgehog Pathway inhibitors as 2007/2008.

I suppose you can read this two ways, that 609 is
in the clinic in 2007 and another molecule follows
in '08, or that 609 could be delayed to '08.

I'll only make this disclaimer once: The McFarland
biotech portfolio is made up of 60% Infinity (it used
to be 100% dpii/infi, so no smirking out there).
I will tend to look at INFI in a positive light.
Do your own DD, Infinity is obviously an early stage
speculative biotech etc etc.
