I heard Larry Pozner speak Friday.

One of his stories concerned a DUI trial he had early in his career.

The Judge asked at the outset, does anyone in the Courtroom have any DUI related offenses?"

The defendant raised his hand.

The Judge said, how many convictions do you have?

Pozner's client: "Three, your honor, counting the one I'll get today."
