Why haven't the Democrats spoken against the torture legislation? Why were they so eager to go against Chavez, calling him a "thug" etc., when they refuse to deal with the biggest thug right here? Why are they not saying GTFO of Iraq in one voice? Because they are too timid. They think that if they speak out, they will get screwed. Guess what - they will get screwed, whether or not they speak up. That is what happened to Daschle et al. Voted for the stupid war and yet got painted as being weak on national security.
