That's right up there with the defendant charged with possession of pot.

At the conclusion of a suppression hearing, the judge decides that there was no probable cause, and suppresses the evidence (pot).

Lawyer tells his client this is good, we got the pot suppressed.

At the end of the hearing, client goes up to the clerk and asks, "can I have my marijuana back now?"
