While some neocons are jewish, it was the neocons who masterminded the New Pearl Harbor and not the Jewish people.

The neocons may have done it with a mistaken sense that a war in the mid-east would help Israel, but that still makes it the demented idea of a small group of neocons. To those who could really make it happen, the oil was more important than Israel.
