EP, I know you don't want to participate... how much choice will we really have ? Not much choice, indeed, but to participate. That is still a little too pessimistic, IMHHO. We can be optimistic although we could never be as sanguine as Mr. Greenspam. We just do not have as much controlling power as he had. However, by seeking the truth, we can all figure out what is in the pipe to various degrees. Thus, we can act preemptively so as to come out alive, at least, and likely better. USA and China have different internal/governmental/ruling systems, but they have some similar virtues. I am as sanguine on China's continuous advancing as was Mr. G on US economy.
