Carter's knee jerk reaction to everything is to utter mea culpas from the USA. He's the original defeatist liberal who always blames his own country for almost every evil in the world. Could you really sleep at night with Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the US House and Chuck Schumer setting the agenda for the US Senate?...the US government would quickly turn into non-productive chaos, if that nightmare ever becomes a reality.
