Actually, I'm pretty lucky. I bought a bunch a long while ago at around 6, then picked up more in early summer in the low 5's (to average down), and have just been waiting around with an average of about 5 3/4. I bought on my broker's advice and a review of dsp, not the buy/sell/pe/tech stuff that I have only been recently coming to understand. Surely a company buyback program is different from individual board members buying more stock, though, isn't it?
