I've recently sold puts on WMT (45s) and DOW (35s) but in both cases buying and writing calls, and out-of-the-moneys at that, would have worked better.

Sometimes when you write short puts on stocks that you think are quite cheap, when they validate your reasoning you think, "Damn. I made a few bucks but look at what I could have made!" :))
