When have you ever seen Chambers NOT upbeat? I think he can smile even at funerals. For a CEO, that is good... he seems to be a true Southern Gentleman... but who wouldn't be happy when his shareholders are stupid enough to let him have millions and millions of their wealth via stock options? It is like a happy bar tender being allowed to pour free shots to everyone so he can get big tips. Great for the bartender but not the owner of the club.
