Good Morning John and all,
Ditto on your thoughts again, with a few exceptions to set the record straight. NVID actually has had "something" being tested at ABC Labs, which in all fairness, is a credible and reputable lab that employs a pretty decent number of people and is directed by a credible PHD. NVID's recent press release made no mention of the current status of their relationship with ABC Labs,--does anyone know if AXEN is still being tested there? I found it a bit strange, upon my call to ABC Labs, that NVID lawyers insisted that ABC labs not discuss ANYTHING in regards to the magic potion, only that there was a product being tested there, and --direct quote "Axen is for real." Again though, it was/is not the duty nor responsibility of ABC Labs to be embroiled in the AXEN politicing and the issues of inventorship and originality of formula. I was told that they are (maybe were?) in a contractual relationship with NVID and that they basically had to comply with NVID's wishes in terms of not discussing the product.
Clearly, the concern on the part of NVID shareholders should be:
1. The next to impossible funding challenges that NVID is faced with. 2. Arata's involvement with the home purchases does't exactly add to his credibility or trustworthiness as an inventor. Maybe he finangled a formula that belongs to someone else? He kinda did that with shareholder's money in buying his home, so is Arata to be trusted ?? 3. After 4-6 weeks NVID should be able to inform the public as to the status of their/(Arata's?) patent allowance--and maybe detail where they are going to go with it from there. If the magic potion proves to be unique--then rigorous testing should follow, from independant labs that will have NVID'S/Arata's permission to share a few reasonable specifics for verification purposes. 4. It is sad that NVID's reputation has been so sorely bruised by Bunte and Klenovic, and Arata, but that is a reality that has to be dealt with in considering whether or not NVID will be able to obtain necessary funding to continue with their operations and their development of AXEN. I would be a bit leary in wanting to hand over large sums of money to Arata et al if I were a lender/creditor. It NVID issues more shares---these shares are going to be worth just fractions of a penny! Whoa! 5. Whether NVID management actually will be able to turn this desperate/disastrous situation around and put this company back on the track of profitablity. Me thinks there are great odds against this happening. 6. Last but not least, Arata has no formal education/training in the sciences. He may just have some glorified ionization product that he is passing off as the "magic potion."
Pleasant day and best regards,
Cindy
