Leading to the resignation of Stamper. Criminal behaviour has been tolerated in Seattle for years, encouraging crime and chaos. Tolerated! Funny -not- how that word means one thing to liberals and another entirely to hard working, tax paying, law abiding citizens who depend on the police to ensure that they and their property remain safe.
