What I posted was that the guy who financed CMKX (Edwards) was caught selling 250B restricted shares. The funny thing is when CMKX management went after Edwards, they caught everybody else as well.

I am not making this up:

A month or two ago the DTCC had a new law made up specifically for CMKX and then used the law to remove themselves from liability of anything to do with CMKX and had all responsibility put onto the brokers.

I am certain when it is all said and done, we will only know half the story and the other half will be buried very deep.
