I dont think I am the only one when I say this, but we are just inches away from some major major major big changes across the board. I been trading for the last 5 years on the retail end in Commodities and everything I have learn and read is pointing towards a very strong melt down on a global scale.

James Turk who this year did a mind boggling article in Barrons about gold going to $8000 over the next decade. Turk owns www.goldmoney.com and is in my eyes a real guy who isnt saying gold is going to be worth more or less is just flat out saying that the dollar is going to get smacked.

The Peak Oil guys out there who are saying that this is all about Oil and that there has never been such a crucial event in the world that we face today. They have pointed out that new oil discovery is down multi years now. Major projects in the alternative arena have input output ratios that will require much higher prices to make it financialy sound. Light Crude is 1/20 ethanol crops, Tar Sands, Oil Shale, & Coal Liquefaction are all very close to 1/3. The most important which is decline in producing areas <significant> down strong across the board and with the middle east nearing peak production I really dont see a way out of a deep multi year painfull pullback. Go to www.lifeaftertheoilcrash.net to look at what I am saying.

With what very little I know and understand about politics and are policies Monetary <fiat> economy <market> goverment <munipulated> Corporate US <crooked> and are ever so controlled markets makes this a very very huge event. That is also to say the very least.

I have been online for hours day after day after day after day reading more info and more info that really makes me scared to say the least. I spent hours researching the 1930's melt down. This seems very close in relationship to those events back then. I see a replication of the great depression. I have no real back ground to say I am a guru or a know it all. In fact I am here on SI to learn more from other that know more than me.

I also spent a number of hours comparing the Vietnam war <Gorilla tactics> to the current war <Terrorism> and come up with the same painfull ending. I dont think we can win. Does this all mean anything to anyone out there?

Then on top of all this is the major melt down in housing. Bernanke is a puppet who is following orders for a paycheck. That again is just my humble thoughts.

Anyways I just spent all day trading and now I am at home just killing beer after beer. I geuss as long as beer stays the same price or lower <haha> I will be ok. Anyone out there who agrees or thinks I am dumb or who wants to just add or expand on this go for it.
