“Perthx” has been banned from this board

I have banned Perthx from posting on this board. I have had interaction with Perthx on a different message board, and I find his posts to be disruptive, argumentative, and nit-picky.

On this board, Perthx recently posted some info that was directly contradicted in the Management Discussion and Analysis released on August 11th. See page 5.

When I asked him to explain himself, he admitted that he may have misunderstood the answer he was given. I decided to accept his answer, and he was allowed to continue posting here. I gave him a break.

Eight hours later, something else happened. I posted on a different message board, where I wrote:

[Benson] “I think that Campbell management has again exceeded expectations, simply by releasing these reports at this time. If you study recent press releases, you will see that Campbell only committed to releasing one report. Instead we have 3 reports, on 3 projects, totaling 309 pages. Go ahead and compare this Management commitment to what you see with other Juniors. For many of them, getting 3 reports in a row would be harder than “pulling blood from a rock”.

Perthx replied with this:
[Perthx] I would say that the share price alone does not qualify CCH as a "jr" just because CCH has truly a penny share price. There were and are a large mining company. Just because management screwed up and were forced to seek the protection of CCAA doesn't make them a "jr" either. My point? it's just to show that your claiming that they are doing so much better than "other Juniors" is another example of your puffery, trying to make them seem better than they are. They are a big company with years of experience. They get credit for releasing reports on time and maybe even a little early but, hey, they don't deserve nor should they get 'extra' credit via your puffery.

So he agrees that Campbell gets credit for releasing reports, and releasing them early. He doesn’t see that 2 of the reports went way beyond what the company committed to. And he write that I am full of “puffery” for comparing Campbell with other Juniors, when he thinks Campbell should actually be compared to mid-cap, or larger, companies.

Then he admits that his purpose was “just to show people” something about me.

Well I think these are stupid, annoying comments. I work too hard to have some guy nitpick at me like a little Chihuahua dog.

I don’t want someone with his attitude and personality problems on my board. I won’t treat people that way, and I won’t allow it on this board.

This is a new board, and I think it’s important to explain my mindset. Serious, mature, constructive criticism will continue to be welcome here.
