I'm sure I'll come across those triage photos sometime.

In the meantime however, there's some puzzling things about the light poles.

I posted this link already:
dodmedia.osd.mil
The lamp on the pole on the right is directed toward the building while the one on the left is toward the camera.

But if you also consider this one:
dodmedia.osd.mil
the lamp on the right is directed to the right
while the one on the left is the same one as the pole on the right in the above photo....the one that's directed toward the building.

Between the two pictures there are 3 different poles...all in unbroken succession. All within very close proximity to the approach path (if not in it).

HOWEVER...from the next link you can see that after the event, THERE IS NO 3 POLE SUCCESSION POSSIBLE.

So at least one of the 3 poles in the above .mil photos was supposedly hit.
