And this is different from a stadium that a private company has exclusive us of and for the citizens of Arlington to "enjoy" they have to pay an entrance fee and or parking.... exactly how?

True, the ball club has to pay a fee. The private individual in question has to pay taxes. If the Arlington deal is set up like many, that individual pays more in taxes than the ball club pays in fees.

I dunno. I can support condemnation for building a road. Possibly for building a reservoir. But building stadiums...
