Wrong. Bushies are different. Both Bush Sr. and Clinton knew how to wage a war without significant cost to the US in terms of moiney and casualties. It's called diplomacy and international partnerships. GW Bush and Cheney despise that, which is why they are almost guarantreed to fail. Now everyone around the world knows that Bushies cheated and lied to get into power. They know Bushies snubbed their noses at all the post 9-11 goodwill. They even know Bushies sort of let 9-11 happen. So they are naturally distrusted. And for good reason. They really do cheat and lie. Constantly. We have a cancer in our White House and congress now and it's called the Bushie rightwing. You cannot compare any past administrations to this crooked gang. They are far worse than anything we've imagined. They are also not conservatives nor Christians, they are some kind of radical zealots, and seem totally bought and paid for big oil and other noxious interests. Just think, Dick Cheney, the biggest liar and crook in modern political history, is one heartbeat away from controlling our nuclear arsenal. And he has enormous clout over GW. Now that is scary.
