Andy, I've owned puts on this one for a long time and I think it is still way overpriced at 71 times eps. Fidelity neither saves nor hurts. It is simply another herd player to pick off. Ascend is one of many companies who will have to find a way to deal with a Cisco that is on steroids with its new acquisitions. They may cope, but they won't cope at 71 times eps. MB
