Fonar is going on three decades as a public company and still isn't profitable. The good doctor has practically frittered away all of the 128.7 million dollars that the company was awarded in the lawsuit against GE in 1997. In the meantime, the outstanding shares have more than doubled to nearly 130 million, and the stock price has fallen from $2+ to around 33 cents. At what point did management's business sense improve?

<However, I have to acknowledge that it does seem the business sense of ownership has improved by some measure.>
