Index ATHs..

Much hoopla surrounding something of only limited market significance...whether or not DOW30 can exceed all-time high.

.Most of broader, more rationally constructed indexes, far from ATH's...and even some of my uber-bullish upside targets won't get them there..

And completely forgotten...two of the broadest indexes...NYA and RAV.X.... reached new all time highs almost 2 years ago....
