Carville-Matalin proves that during the CLinton era real bi-partisanship was possible. Clinton appointed several top Republicans. Kerry also married a Republican. Gore had no problem with conserevatives.

But Bushies simply will not include democrats in anything unless they're trying to pull the wool over someone's eyes.
The reason? Bushies have so many dark secrets they cannot work with anyone who won't keep an omerta type silence. Like a political mafia. Like the energy gouging and the deliberate lies to get us into Iraq. Maybe letting 9-11 happen too.

Which is a big reason we need to get rid of these Bushies. 80% of the country wants much more bi-partisanship and more accountability to remove corrupt politicians.

Kerry, as you may remember, offered the VP slot to McCain. That would have been wonderful for the country, a real honest bipartisan government, but McCain made the wrong decision.
