Peter, I notice Laz has not replied to your post. Your assessment of Nevada is correct, BTW. news.rgj.com However, this massive influx of (mostly) Californians is not to my liking. They are bringing their demands for intrusive nannyism with them, and I fear this will soon ruin our fine state. I say that if those from the Land of Eternal Gridlock are so hell-bent on bringing California with them, why do they not just stay in California (another once fine state which was ruined long ago)? - Holly
