Liar. CLinton did not drop the ball on Osama. The day after the CIA finally had evidence OBL was behind the embassy attacks, Clinton went to war with him and stayed at war with him until 2000. He also stopped the 1999 LAX bombing.

In 2001, Bush disbanded all CLinton counterterror operations,m called the FBI off Saudi nationals in the US and ignored Al Qaida altogether, including the 8-6-01 warning.

Even when the CIA proved Al Qaida attacked the USS Cole, Bush did nothing. No retaliation whatsoever. Bush however was planning for how to convince the American people to support an invasion of Iraq. And he was throwing good money after bad into SDI. Those were his only two defense priorities. Nothing else. In short, Bush let 9-11 happen, deliberately or not.
