Can you imagine standing in front of a judge and saying you want to recover damages from people who bought a stock, paid for it, took delivery on their certificates, then encouraged their friends to buy in a public forum? When the Supreme Court wouldn't uphold the CDA? No, I'm not worried about Mork and Mindy out in LA. BTW, my full details are included in my profile.
