Bush is basically ripping up the Constitution and the GOP congress is being a rubber stamp. So he's committing treason.

That bill won't make Americans any safer and won't catch a single terrorist, but if abused could be a major step toward a neo-fascist one-party far rightwing totalitarian state. And I can assure you, the dictator does not give a crap about gullible idiots like you.
