Bullies will pull carts if you train them, I just couldn't imagine me walking beside my dog and her cart when I could simply pop her in the back seat of the studebaker and go anywhere we wanted. Also the thought of me chasing a cat a dog and a bloody cart down the street was simply one of those visuals i didn't want to deal with.
