I believe the recommendation is a "legimate" one, not one to off load shares, since their is not a lot of outstanding shares, ML could easily sell any position they might have. Plus, its peanuts. Not all broker recommendations are as cynical as most believe. Good Trading. BTW, I sold about 50% of my position at 35 1/2. (entry at $17) I then repurchased about 20% of what I sold at 35 1/2 at 33 1/2. I'll trade this position, and keep the remaining "core", as I see $40 a good possibility. Take care. LF
