NEW YORK, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Shares of Internet photo service Shutterfly Inc. (SFLY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) rose as high as 11 percent in their market debut on Friday, a day after pricing at the top of a forecast range. Shares opened up about 3 percent at $15.50 before rising as high as $16.65 in morning Nasdaq trading. The 5.8 million share offering raised $87 million on Thursday, pricing at $15, the top of a $13 to $15 forecast range. The offering price gave the company an initial market capitalization of about $354 million.
