His predictions don't seem ridiculous to me. I'm not surprised. No doubt, Bush and his Neocons must be feeling very embarrassed and humiliated and frustrated by their failure in Afghanistan, Iraq and in Lebanon Iraq and esp. Afghanistan can't be reasonably called failures/losses. As for Lebanon what failure are you talking about? it is not inconceivable that Bush and his Neocons will nuke Iran in order to salvage a modicum of pride and to save face for America. Lots of things are "not inconceivable". That expression doesn't mean a lot. As for nukes saving face that isn't very likely. Nuking Iran does not necessarily mean exploding a megaton doomsday bomb over Iran. Rather, I believe several relatively small precision-guided tactical nukes will be used against key nuclear sites. If we do nuke them it would probably be small yield nukes, but much more likely than that is a large scale conventional bombing campaign, and probably still more likely is no attack at all.
