Let's do a little thought experiment Taro. Let's say the Russians invaded Sweden, occupied the country, installed a government and fought an irregular resistance, of which you were a part. You and your partisans attacked a convoy escorted by Russian soldiers, disabled some of the trucks and killed the Russian drivers and as many of the soldiers as you could. Did you murder them?
