" The problem is, they've been refining that message for 5 years, now that it isn't working any more, they are getting frantic. Wonder what happens now? Yes. That's what I am wondering as well. Though, all of this conjecture may be premature......it looks like the GOP has enough money to buy and sell the Dems during these midterm elections. As it turns out, all the Dem boasting has been bravado. They are counting on Americans to be able to discern the various nuances within the issues and to know when they are subjected to truthiness, and then, vote accordingly. In other words, the Dems have the faith of a child. Meanwhile, the GOP is sitting on Ft Knox and they are getting ready to spend. Let's see what those polls look like a week before elections. Did I mention that Americans are easily persuadable when big money is being spent generously?
