Ya Know Laz..... we could simply teach each of them how to use a hookah and with all those afghanis not growing poppies we could switch them back to Hash..... there is enough oil in Iraq to keep all them kids high for generations..... Haliburton could run the oil fields and just send every afghani a box of money and hash once a month.....
