Bush let Zawahiri go at Tora Bora. Why did he do that? And why did he ignore the 8-6-01 warning and let 9-11 happen? Zawahiri and Bin Laden should have been killed four years ago. And Bush could have done it. But for some reason he held back. Any explanation?
