"Mein Kampf" has very little to do with what you were debating. I wasn't discussing Mein Kampf. Suspect ted never read it. We've had this discussion previously. At that time, I told you I had read Mein Kampf but only a few chapters and not the entire book. Just as little as he read "The Prince" by Machiavelli. Its nice to know that neos play the same games whether they come from the US or Europe.
