To Flickful As I see it and it"s IMHO. The chart shows beginning of Aug. the stock was 7 it started to decline mid Aug. and then move up end of aug. to 71/2. Again it declined to 7 and formed it"s 2nd. cup to 71/2 range.This stock has found a base, and with Sept. ending the qrt. With good news it should reach a new level.
