Perhaps an academic exercise, but may be useful for statistical analysis :

- Prez Clinton & Prez Bush : both have won 2 elections.
- What was the "popular vote" and "electoral vote" in percentage terms, for the last 4 Prez elections?

I dont have the stats, maybe some one here has... the only stat I remember is : voter turnout was approx 50%, and in the last 2 elections, the winner was with approx 50% of those who voted. Regardless of who won, it implies 75% of the voters did not vote for the winning candidate.
