Cariville's clever and accurate line about dragging money through trailer parks was refering to the phony bimbo lawsuits against Clinton paid for by rich rightwingers. Creeps like Mellon Scaife spent millions trying to find any woman in Arkansas who would step forward and claim Clinton somehow mismandled her sexually. He found two. One was on record under oath as swearing Clinton had never touched her in his life. They changed that to "rape". Then Paul Jones, whose testimony was written up by - yep - Anne Coulter, the biggest partisan liar, smear witch and wild exaggerator in the country.

Unfortunately, in this country totally frivolous lawsuits like these using false accusations are not illegal. The ones who paid for those lawsuits should have been put in prison, but instead they started Newsmax.
