In your convoluted logic, I suppose Intel can walk on water.

In your's, AMD can breath under it.

Finally you get it right. AMD started under water pre-Opteron, at 4 dolars a share, with 600 million dollars in debt for their meager 200mm Fab, and two convertible offerings for even more debt.

Until they got into the ATI deal, they were cash positive with only 400 million in debt and I think approximately 2 billion in cash.

With 1 undersized FAB, and tons of debt, they have brought Intel to its knees (restructuring). That is one of the most amazing feats in the history of American Business.

Ephud, this is going to hurt, but you deserve it, "they couldn't have done it without Intel's help."
