I agree with that. Still there was the JFTC, where there were illegal activities accused against Intel, somebody did something there. There is the EU problem with a German retailer, somebody again, did something (allegedly).
Intel is a big company, and one former employee is a mere needle in a haystack. I do agree with the point you made above, and have already stated that the lawsuit is unpredictable, and will be until the jury renders a verdict.
On another matter, sorry on the Hector miss, it was eracer, and I got you and him mixed up.
If you wonder why I am discussing these issue with you, (we will never agree, that's already obvious), I can only explain that it has been fun, and I enjoyed it without malice intended on my part. |
