Macaca Allen is the one who said Macaca. It's not a smear campaign. Even Fox News covered the story. Macaca said it aimed at a black American, then said "welcome to America, Virginia, the real world", and that young guy had grown up in Virginia. He was not a foreigner at all. Macaca just judged him by his skin color. Color was all he saw. And Macaca Allen does not consider those of color to be "real Americans".
