Btw. I didn´t say that there was a court case in Japan. Nor did I say that this can be used in the case in US.
I only said Japan officially said they are guilty. And you confirmed that in other words. Though all the foreign affairs will not be part of the case in the US, it will be in the jurys mind. And knowing that intel were conflicting the law in other countries will play a role, though may not official.
For my 2 reason, you should better read the whole documents presented sofar and you will learn that there is proof for the millions of free chips offer from AMD which was not accepted by compaq. And there is a strong witness (former compaq CEO) who has nothing to fear anymore from intel.
These 2 points are enough not to be too sure that intel is going to win that case.
