I was out of posts, so I had to leave a lot of unfinished replies out of the discussion. Thankfully, you did a better job than I had planned to do.

The Intel Sales Training Program that was outlined by the poster or as I put it, imposter is centered around the finer points of what's legally allowed.

This is a dead giveaway that the plan is a "cover your butt" mechanism for the boss, and is designed for that purpose. Then the lower level people are pushed to perform, and many cross the line. It doesn't matter though because the boss is in the clear.

I find it unusual that any company would have such a training plan as to repeatedly teach its entire sales force how to avoid breaking Anti-Trust Law.

That led me to believe this was all B.S. If it wasn't, then Intel's plan of action speaks for itself as to what it was up to, and how close to the Laws edge they played their game.
